Intellectual Property Ownership. If we have materials on the Site which you can download, a revocable, non-exclusive license is granted for you to download copies of the materials for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. Testimonials. We love to share your wins and successes inside our programs. By signing up for our programs and course/training programs, you waive the right to anonymity and any testimonials including unofficial testimonials and words of praise via Instagram stories, public Facebook posts or posts inside our Facebook groups, and direct messages with Illuminate have the potential to be used on our marketing materials and/or any promotional efforts. You understand that all confidentiality provisions apply and that testimonials are the only exception to our confidentiality obligations.

Our Refund Policy. We do not do refunds. However, under extenuating circumstances, Illuminate Universe holds the right to approve or reject any requests. We hold a very sensible ‘Do The Work’ Refund policy which basically means you have to prove you’ve gone through the entire core curriculum, complete all the required work, and answer a few questions which we’ll ask you once you can prove to us that you’ve done the work and then we’ll have the unilateral discretion to grant a refund. If you want to request a refund, contact us within 60 days of purchasing the course/training program, and prove you’ve done the whole core curriculum and we’ll send some follow-up questions.

If you decide your purchase was not the right decision for you, please contact our support team at [email protected] within 60 days of enrollment. All refund requests must be accompanied by all required completed course/training program work. If you request a refund and do not include your course/training program work by the 60th day, you will not be granted a refund. All refunds are discretionary as determined by Illuminate Universe Inc..

Disclaimer: Due to the digital nature of our course/training program, we do not offer refunds for those who do not do their due diligence to ensure the course/training program is the right fit for them. It is the customer's responsibility to review our sales page and terms and conditions carefully prior to purchasing, use or access to any of our products and online course/training programs. Illuminate Universe Skills for Success is a program that is designed to help students learn about the world of business leadership and receive a high school credit. The goal of the program has always been communicated on our website. Please note, our exclusive bonuses are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Course/Training Program Access. As an Illuminate Regional Lead Training Program student, your 8-week access to our program and private community will activate after you attend your orientation.

No Guarantees. We make NO GUARANTEES about any success that you’ll get from our Site or our course/training programs or any of our free offers. We will do everything for you to succeed, but we make no guarantees and we try our best but can only control so much about your success through our course/training programs. You understand that Illuminate Universe makes no guarantees whatsoever regarding any results based on any action or inaction relating to your academics, life, social media accounts or businesses based on the information we share or services we sell or share for free through the Site. At the end of the day, we will not be responsible or make any promises for what will happen in your life and business. Even if you’ve worked with us as client before and had certain results, we make no guarantee that will happen again. Entire Agreement. Skills For Success: Career Development Program

Our mission is to empower 3000+ Canadians to gain the skills they need to be successful in their careers in partnership with our funders such as the Government of Canada, Equitable Bank and CPA Ontario. As a part of this mission, we especially pledged to serve under-represented groups who identify as indigenous, refugees, new immigrants, disabled with special needs, women, LGBTQ+ and more.

We have established over 50+ virtual and paper copy curriculums that allow learners to explore a profession that they are interested in through experiential learning and simulated real-world small scenarios. Our learning objectives are built around the following skills: Reading Writing Numeracy Digital skills Problem solving Communication Creativity and innovation Collaboration Adaptability. These curriculums are co-created with employers and industry professionals who may reach out to the learners after the program for employment opportunities. Throughout the learning journey, learners get access to free career coaching and professional development support. After they complete the learning, we will reward them with an honorarium or a gift card of their choice valued up to $400. Our team is also here to help troubleshoot any technological, administrative, or logistical issues. Please fill in this intake form to be considered for our program which is first-come-first-serve until spots are filled.
